The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was quite unreliable, which was a bit frustrating for a business traveler like myself.

I was very disappointed in the charges for wifi. $13.95 for a 24 hour period was extremely high. Wifi is a standard now and can be found free at the majority of hotels, many restaurants and stores. This alone is a reason to choose another hotel.
